I had an awful stay at this OYO Hotel in Las Vegas. The rooms were filthy: unmade and dirty beds, stains on the carpet, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment I checked in. Any time I asked for assistance, they acted like I was bothering them.
The worst part was the manager at check out when they refused to provide me with an invoice and checked me out when I had to leave for the airport at 3am. Instead of listening to my concerns, he was dismissive and argumentative, showing no interest in solving the issues. It’s shocking how little they care about customer satisfaction.
Save yourself the trouble and stay literally anywhere else. This place is a total disappointment and not worth a single dollar.
It was convenient to access, but due to the construction of the Tropicana , the surrounding bridges were closed. They do not offer baggage storage service either before or after the stay, which was different from what was mentioned in the confirmation email. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known. The room was acceptable but outdated, and I found some trash left by previous guests.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the location! Will definitely be staying here again!
The hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!
